Release testing

We undertake release testing of raw materials, intermediate products or finished medicinal products for our clients and we stand for rapid performance of the analyses and high quality.

Personal contacts, whom our clients can contact at any time, ensure the necessary transparency and smooth progress.

Before starting the routine analytical testing, the method must be established. We optimise existing methods or develop and validate product-specific test procedures. In cases where the client’s own validated test procedures already exist, we promptly perform a method transfer and, on request, support our clients in the organisation of the transfer, e.g. by drawing up transfer protocols.

In order to provide our clients with optimal support and to enable a flexible market reaction, we arrange individual delivery deadlines.
For established methods, the release analytical testing (physico-chemical) of medicinal products with all the necessary parameters can be performed within 3 days, thanks to our well-practised routine. In an extreme case, due to the flexible coordination of several specialist areas, analysis results can also be delivered within 24 h.

All work and documentation complies with GMP and, of course, with the client’s requirements. Client-specific document templates, analysis sheets or protocols are smoothly integrated into our own laboratory documentation. This allows us to minimise the client’s administrative work arising from external documents.
